Your body works in a similar way. Without sunlight, your internal engine slows down, your energy drops, and your immune system starts throwing warning lights. Today, we’re popping the hood to give you a quick diagnostic-plus a mechanic’s tip that’ll get you on the road to optimal energy.

Today’s Fix – Under the Sun:

  • Voltage Check- Why your cells need a charge

  • Engine Boost- How sunlight fuels your mitochondria

  • Solar Timing Guide- When to step out for max benefit

  • Sub bite-Tip for the week- UVB: A 5-minute reboot for energy, the Solar meal your skin craves

VOLTAGE CHECK

Each of your 30+trillion cells is like a little car battery. A healthy cell holds a charge of about -70 millivolts. That voltage is what keeps your muscles moving, your brain firing and your body repairing.

Low voltage = fatigue, brain fog, and breakdown.

High voltage = energy, clarity, and performance.

Pro Mechanic’s Insight: ‘No Sunlight? Your mitochondria stay in low gear, and your energy drops.

SOLAR TIMING GUIDE

Different times of the day = different sunlight benefits.

Morning (Sunrise-10AM): Red & Infrared _ Gentle protective charge, circadian boost. Midday (10AM-2PM): UVB = Vitamin D power hour. Late Afternoon (3PM-Sunset): Red & Infrared = Recovery & repair.

SUN BITE TIP FOR THE WEEK

UVB Rays = Solar Food for your bod

When you step outside for lunch today - and every day - expose yourself to the sunlight. You can begin with just 5 minutes and increment 1 minute each time. Make sure to walk on the sunny side of the street on your way to work, or take a walk prior. Doing so will protect you from the stronger rays of light during your lunch sun bite. Then during sunset, do the same. The Red & Infrared light will soothe your skin and prepare you for a restful sleep.

Think of UVB (Ultraviolet B) as nutritional light, your skin eats UVB to create Vitamin D. And the good part of it? It has no calories! It’s just pure energy. So what happens when you hide from UVB rays? Your body starves for Vitamin D, and everything slows down. UVB is your skin’s favorite meal, feed it light!

You may be thinking, but doesn’t UVB cause cancer? We’ll answer that question in the upcoming newsletter- you might be surprise with the scientific studies that show it doesn’t.

For now, share this light recipe for optimal energy with your family and friends, and do reply to this email after you give it a try to let know how you feel.

Let the light fix you in!
